Frito-Lay is an iconic snack brand with a cult following—but until 2023, it didn’t have a direct-to-consumer relationship with its most devoted fans. The goal wasn’t simply to process transactions online, but to create a space that deepened brand loyalty.

Brand Challenge: Help Frito-Lay make a legacy CPG portfolio feel relevant and intuitive in a digital-first, ecommerce context.

Approach: Led a full website copy overhaul, writing all core pages and over 400 product descriptions to translate a massive snack portfolio into clear, engaging, and easy-to-navigate digital experiences.

Results: 656,677 site visitors in the first month.
